About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Solidity smart contracts for multi‑level reward distribution on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, and Solana.
- Architect a decentralized backend for user registration, wallet integration, and automated MLM logic.
- Ensure contract security through audits, unit tests, and formal verification.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate business rules into blockchain logic.
- Optimize gas usage and performance for large‑scale user participation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of blockchain development experience with Solidity and smart contract best practices.
- Proficient in Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, and Solana ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic primitives, wallet standards, and decentralized storage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security audits.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
