Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions across Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Web3 platforms, crafting smart contracts and dApps to drive business innovation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) using Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, and Polygon.
- Write, test, and audit Solidity and chaincode to ensure security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing business processes and enterprise systems.
- Conduct performance analysis, optimize smart contract logic, and implement best practices for gas efficiency and transaction cost reduction.
- Stay current with emerging Web3 technologies, protocols, and regulatory developments to advise clients on strategic adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric.
- Strong proficiency in Solidity, Go, or JavaScript for blockchain development.
- Hands‑on experience with dApp frameworks (Truffle, Hardhat, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines for blockchain projects.
- Solid understanding of cryptographic primitives, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledger concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
