Lead statistical analysis and data science projects in clinical research, leveraging R, Python, and machine learning to derive actionable insights from complex biomedical datasets.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate statistical models for clinical trial data and real‑world evidence studies.
- Develop reproducible data pipelines using R and Python, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research questions into analytical solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Apply machine learning techniques to predict patient outcomes and optimize trial designs.
- Maintain documentation of analytical methods, code, and results for audit readiness.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field.
- Proven experience in biostatistical analysis of clinical trial data and real‑world evidence.
- Strong programming skills in R and Python, with familiarity in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMA) and experience with statistical software such as SAS or JMP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
