About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute computational pipelines for neuro‑omics data, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
- Perform advanced statistical and machine learning analyses to uncover biomarkers and mechanistic insights.
- Collaborate with experimentalists to integrate multi‑omics datasets and validate computational predictions.
- Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards to communicate results to cross‑disciplinary teams.
- Document methods, maintain version control, and contribute to open‑source bioinformatics tools.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Neuroscience, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and pipeline development.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical modeling.
- Strong background in neuro‑omics data types (RNA‑seq, ATAC‑seq, single‑cell, imaging).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into clear biological interpretations.
