BI Revenue Cycle Developer - Baptist Health System, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models and ETL processes to integrate revenue cycle data from multiple source systems.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide actionable insights for finance and operations teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, billing, and IT stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Optimize SQL queries and data warehouse performance to support high‑volume reporting workloads.
• Implement data quality checks and documentation to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BI development, preferably within a healthcare revenue cycle or financial analytics setting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts; experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or SQL Server).
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Knowledge of ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica).
• Understanding of healthcare data standards and revenue cycle workflows is a plus.
