Data Engineer
Drive data-driven insights as a BI & Analytics Engineer, building robust data pipelines, modeling, and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Azure services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources into a centralized data warehouse.
- Build and optimize data models and dimensional structures to support business reporting and analytics.
- Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and user-friendly design.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong background in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report publishing.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or similar cloud data services.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
