Solutions Architect
Design and lead backend solutions for a cloud‑native smart manufacturing platform, leveraging Python, microservices, Docker, and Azure services such as AKS, Blob Storage, Data Lake, and IoT Hub.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑performance backend services using Python within a microservices framework.
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Integrate Azure storage solutions (Blob Storage, Data Lake) and messaging services (IoT Hub, Event Hub, Event Grid, Queues) to support real‑time data ingestion and processing.
- Collaborate with data science teams to embed machine‑learning models into production pipelines.
- Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices for scalability, security, and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with Python.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration (Docker, AKS).
- Hands‑on experience with Azure services: Blob Storage, Data Lake, IoT Hub, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Queues.
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
- Experience integrating machine‑learning models into production environments is a plus.
