Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑throughput backend services using Node.js, AWS Lambda, and MongoDB.
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of front‑end and back‑end developers, fostering collaboration and best practices.
- Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance across cloud environments.
Requirements
- 9+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Node.js, AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/MongoDB), and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of full‑stack development, including mobile platforms (Android/iOS).
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade applications at scale.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills.
