About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Rust‑based services that ingest, process, and stream terabytes of observability data in real time.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define and optimize in‑stream analytics pipelines for logs, metrics, traces, and security events.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and low latency of cloud‑native microservices deployed on Kubernetes.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for internal services, leveraging the platform’s APM, RUM, and SIEM capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of the platform’s core architecture.
Requirements
- Proven experience building production‑grade services in Rust.
- Strong understanding of observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces, APM, SIEM) and experience with related tooling.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and cloud‑native deployment patterns.
- Solid background in data processing, stream analytics, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
