Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Implement microservices architecture to ensure scalability and fault tolerance.
- Manage data storage, queries, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Google Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with front‑end, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, security, and reliability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional backend development experience, primarily with Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in Express.js, RESTful API design, and microservices patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Proficient in Docker containerization and deployment on Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
