Responsibilities
Core Development: Execute high-quality code writing to ensure technical solutions are delivered on schedule and meet all requirements.
Business & Performance Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of business needs to identify system bottlenecks; spearhead initiatives for product performance enhancement and system optimization.
Technical Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, lead architectural upgrades, and contribute to the accumulation of platform capabilities and reusable component frameworks.
Qualifications
Target Audience: Graduating students of the Class of 2026 .
Internship Commitment: Minimum of 6 months per term, available 5 days per week .
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of data structures and computer systems; proficiency in at least one programming language ( Golang, Java, C++, or C ) and SQL .
Growth Mindset: Passionate about technology with strong coding fundamentals; ability to learn new concepts rapidly and consistently push personal boundaries.
Soft Skills: Excellent logical thinking, a curiosity for exploring the unknown, and a readiness to embrace new challenges.
Character: Strong team spirit—rigorous, resilient, and optimistic.
Academic/Competitive Excellence: Authorship in top-tier journals/conferences, awards in major technical competitions, or experience at well-known tech firms.
Open Source Contribution: Deep understanding of open-source frameworks or a proven track record of successful research-oriented or practical project outcomes.
