Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications and modules using Python or Java.
- Design, implement, and document RESTful APIs, ensuring robust authentication and authorization.
- Write optimized SQL queries, design database schemas, and tune database performance.
- Integrate third‑party services and APIs, handling data flow and error handling.
- Collaborate with front‑end and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in backend development with Python or Java.
- Strong knowledge of REST API design principles and best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL optimization.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
