Software Engineer
Develop and scale backend services for advertising platforms, building high‑performance APIs and data pipelines using Python, Java, Go, and AWS cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high‑throughput backend services that power ad targeting, delivery, and reporting.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and micro‑service architectures to support real‑time bidding and analytics.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and front‑end teams to define requirements and deliver end‑to‑end advertising solutions.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of services deployed on AWS, including monitoring, logging, and automated testing.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building backend systems using Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong understanding of micro‑service patterns, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, low‑latency systems for high‑volume data processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
