About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to map current processes, uncover pain points, and define improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Design and deliver Salesforce enhancements, ensuring alignment with automation and AI enablement strategies.
- Validate solutions through testing, user training, and post‑implementation reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, CRM best practices, and automation tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable technical solutions.
- Experience with AI or predictive analytics integration within Salesforce is a plus.
