Seasoned DevOps/Cloud Engineer for B2B project work, specializing in AWS, Azure, GCP, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring and Linux automation using Python and Bash.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and related tooling.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
- Automate provisioning and configuration through Terraform and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Monitor system health, performance, and security using Datadog and Linux native tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of distributed systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab).
- Strong IaC skills with Terraform and automation scripting in Python or Bash.
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration and monitoring solutions such as Datadog.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor, taking ownership of environments and driving operational excellence.
