Software Engineer
Technical consultant with 4–5 years of L1/L2 production support experience, specializing in Azure and AWS cloud operations, incident triage, monitoring, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 production support for cloud‑hosted applications, ensuring high availability and adherence to SLA targets.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health across Azure and AWS, respond to alerts, perform initial root‑cause analysis, and coordinate escalations to L3 teams.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including build validation, deployment monitoring, and release verification.
- Execute routine cloud operations such as resource provisioning, configuration management, and cost‑optimization tasks in both Azure and AWS environments.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve incident response processes and enhance overall system stability.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in production support for cloud‑based applications (Azure and/or AWS).
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps services, CI/CD concepts, and pipeline troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and incident management practices, with the ability to perform effective root‑cause analysis.
- Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) to streamline cloud operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teamwork.
