About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end DevOps pipelines and workflows within Azure DevOps, ensuring best practices for version control, build, test, and release.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to enable seamless continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) across multiple environments.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of Azure DevOps tools and processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to DevOps practices, tooling, and infrastructure, providing timely support and guidance.
- Document pipeline configurations, deployment strategies, and operational procedures to maintain knowledge sharing and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Azure DevOps initiatives in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts, pipeline automation, and release management.
- Hands‑on expertise with Azure services (Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts, Azure Boards).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex DevOps workflows.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior staff.
