Data Engineer
Senior Azure Data Engineer designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions using Azure services, SQL, and ETL pipelines to deliver clean, structured data for internal and external stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Azure-based data pipelines and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and SQL Server Integration Services.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data assets.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer with strong Azure platform expertise.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory and SSIS.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
