Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale data platforms on Azure, leveraging Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics to build scalable, governed, and business‑aligned data solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end data integration and analytics architectures using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Define and enforce data governance, security, and performance standards across all data pipelines and workloads.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical data solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices, tooling, and Azure cloud services.
- Evaluate emerging Azure technologies and drive continuous improvement and innovation in the data platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Deep expertise with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and SQL programming.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data governance, security, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
