About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for insurance business units.
- Implement data pipelines using Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse) and ETL processes.
- Create data models and write DAX calculations to support complex analytical requirements.
- Automate data workflows and reporting tasks with Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Azure data platforms (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse) and ETL processes.
- Experience building automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
