About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day‑to‑day activities of software developers, cloud engineers, and consultants, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Design, implement, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure to support scalable, secure solutions.
- Oversee development of applications using low‑code/no‑code platforms, modern web frameworks, and native mobile technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, set performance standards, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor operational health, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement through DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Azure cloud environments and leading technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (VMs, App Service, Functions, AKS, networking, security).
- Hands‑on experience with low‑code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix) and modern web/mobile development stacks.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring).
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and mentorship abilities.
