Software Engineer
Provide Level‑3 production support for critical applications on Azure and on‑premises, handling complex incidents, performance tuning, and automation using DevOps tools and scripting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level‑3 production support for mission‑critical applications deployed in Azure and on‑premises environments.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents affecting applications, infrastructure, databases, and integration pipelines.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and automation scripts to improve reliability and deployment speed.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize performance, capacity, and security of Azure resources.
- Provide root‑cause analysis, create knowledge‑base articles, and mentor junior support staff.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Azure‑based workloads and on‑premises systems.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, ARM templates), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication in both French and English.
