About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high‑availability Java/Spring Boot microservices on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team quality.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to support continuous delivery.
- Drive technical innovation, evaluate new AWS services, and recommend architectural improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Java development with Spring Boot experience.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation).
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading technical teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
