Devops Engineer
Seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and monitoring solutions on AWS using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and manage scalable AWS environments (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes (EKS preferred), including Helm chart management.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation, ensuring version‑controlled, repeatable deployments.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and automate routine tasks with Shell scripting or Python.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in AWS cloud services and Linux system administration.
- Proficiency in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline creation and automation.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Solid scripting skills in Bash/Shell and Python for automation and tooling.
