Lead SRE initiatives on a cloud‑first platform, driving automation, reliability, and performance for customer‑centric web services using AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes orchestration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable AWS infrastructure for digital transformation projects.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable delivery of code across multiple product teams.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to guarantee uptime and performance of platform services.
- Collaborate with product and partner teams to integrate cloud services, providing best‑practice guidance and troubleshooting.
- Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem activities to continuously improve reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a strong focus on AWS.
- Proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CodePipeline) and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
