Devops Engineer
Seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, leveraging AWS services, containerization, and automation tools to support a fast‑growing education platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation/Terraform.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes (EKS) or ECS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) to maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices, perform infrastructure as code reviews, and optimize cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing production workloads on AWS.
- Proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation tasks.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and implementing monitoring/alerting solutions.
- Solid understanding of networking, security groups, IAM, and best practices for cloud security.
