About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end solutions that integrate AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, ensuring seamless voice and data flow.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available contact center infrastructures that meet enterprise performance and compliance requirements.
- Define and document integration patterns, data flows, and API strategies between AWS services and Salesforce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture blueprints.
- Lead technical reviews, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilot deployments to validate architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, VPC, and network design best practices.
- Proficiency in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform), and monitoring tools.
