About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of security architectures for AWS‑based IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on cloud security controls, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews of cloud workloads.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and automation scripts to enforce consistent protection across the environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and securing AWS cloud environments.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO) and AWS native security services.
- Proven experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS security architectures and controls.
- Strong background in agile development processes and DevSecOps practices.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) preferred.
