About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for client‑facing applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, architects, and QA engineers through full software development lifecycle using Agile practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain microservice‑based solutions on AWS, integrating with existing systems and databases.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor team members, promote best coding standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Java development and building microservices architectures.
- Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and cloud‑native deployment patterns.
- Proven track record leading Agile software teams and delivering complex, client‑centric solutions.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL query optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
