Software Engineer
Senior Salesforce Platform Administrator leading managed sharing, approval processes, and data integration using Apex, Lightning, Bulk API, and Change Data Capture to support CRM and analytics initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex code and Lightning components to support complex business logic and user interfaces.
- Configure and optimize managed sharing rules, approval processes, and automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
- Implement and monitor Bulk API integrations and Change Data Capture streams for high‑volume data synchronization.
- Manage Connected Apps, OAuth scopes, and security settings to ensure secure external system access.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to expose CRM data for reporting and dashboard consumption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience administering Salesforce platforms, including Apex and Lightning development.
- Proven expertise with Bulk API, Change Data Capture, and large‑scale data migration or integration projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, managed sharing, and approval processes.
- Experience configuring Connected Apps and integrating third‑party services via OAuth.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
