Mobile Developer
Lead the design and delivery of high‑performance mobile applications, driving architecture, code quality, and mentorship across iOS and Android platforms using Kotlin, Swift, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end mobile architecture for both iOS and Android products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers, providing technical mentorship, code reviews, and fostering best‑practice development standards.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to translate business requirements into robust mobile features and seamless user experiences.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the mobile stack.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in mobile software development, with deep expertise in iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) ecosystems.
- Proven track record designing and delivering large‑scale, high‑traffic mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and version control (Git).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
