About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI agent platforms using Python, ML, and NLP techniques.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to integrate reinforcement learning models into production workflows.
- Design and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine model training pipelines and evaluate model efficacy.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP libraries.
- Hands‑on experience deploying ML models at scale on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and agent‑based systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
