Software Engineer
Experienced Automation Testing Engineer (AVP level) leading test strategy, creating functional test cases for Fixed Income execution workflows, and collaborating with global product and development teams using Java, Selenium, and Xray.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Test Strategy document, securing approval from QA leadership.
- Design, implement, and execute detailed functional test cases for Fixed Income execution workflows using Xray.
- Automate test scripts with Selenium and Java, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and SQA teams across US, EMEA, and APAC regions during US‑EST business hours.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects proactively, ensuring high‑quality releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver for building robust automated tests.
- Experience with test management tools, specifically Xray, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Solid understanding of Fixed Income products and execution workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a globally distributed team.
