Systems Engineer
Lead the design, integration, and validation of advanced navigation avionics systems, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and delivering high‑reliability flight solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate navigation avionics components for aircraft, including GPS, INS, and VNAV systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate navigation solutions into flight management systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing, fault analysis, and performance verification in accordance with DO‑178C and DO‑254.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration management, and certification artifacts.
- Provide technical support during flight testing and operational deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in avionics navigation system development and certification.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink.
- Knowledge of aviation standards (DO‑178C, DO‑254, RTCA DO‑178B) and regulatory processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
