Systems Engineer
Aviation Systems Engineer providing expert support for Falcon aircraft air and fuel systems, handling troubleshooting, AOG resolution, and failure analysis to ensure fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for air and fuel system issues across command centers, field service teams, service centers, vendors, and customers.
- Diagnose and resolve system/component failures, including rapid AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance data to identify trends, potential fleet‑wide issues, and opportunities for reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supplier teams to develop corrective actions, service bulletins, and technical documentation.
- Provide training and technical guidance to field personnel and service partners on system operation and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with aircraft air and fuel systems, including fault isolation and AOG support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret system data, generate reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting tools, diagnostic software, and data analysis platforms.
