Software Engineer
Lead AUTOSAR base software development, gathering and analyzing requirements, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and managing transition programs while ensuring compliance with FSSC standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements for AUTOSAR base software components.
- Act as Program Engineer, driving project execution and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (tuning, validation, test) to assess impact, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain DVPnR tasks, SW workbooks, and issue trackers for OS, BL, APP, DL, and regression activities.
- Lead meetings with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong experience in AUTOSAR base software development using Embedded C.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable engineering tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with FSSC validation processes and risk assessment.
- Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and issue tracking.
