About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical architecture for autonomous vehicle subsystems, ensuring scalability and safety across hardware and software platforms.
- Lead system integration and verification activities, developing test plans, simulation environments, and automated test frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including perception, control, and hardware groups—to translate requirements into robust, real‑time implementations.
- Mentor senior engineers, conduct design reviews, and enforce best practices in code quality, documentation, and configuration management.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes by applying model‑based design, sensor‑fusion algorithms, and performance analytics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of systems engineering experience in autonomous or advanced driver‑assistance systems.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python development on Linux, with hands‑on experience in ROS and real‑time middleware.
- Strong background in sensor fusion, perception pipelines, and model‑based design using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex integration projects, develop test strategies, and deliver validated hardware‑in‑the‑loop simulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
