Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to ensure continuous quality feedback.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA leads in Agile ceremonies to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or REST‑Assured alongside UI automation.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and drive root‑cause analysis to improve test reliability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation and code quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
- Strong expertise in Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern test‑automation frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
