Software Engineer
Lead a team of QA engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Selenium, Python/Java, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high‑quality software releases in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the automation testing roadmap, selecting tools and frameworks that align with product and organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering best practices in test design, code review, and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Python or Java, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Collaborate with development, product, and release teams to ensure test coverage, defect tracking, and timely resolution.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to monitor test effectiveness and release readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Python or Java, and building test automation frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
