About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to define testing strategies and improve automation coverage.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to enhance product reliability.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation with Python and Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and version control.
- Experience writing and maintaining test suites in Java/TestNG or equivalent.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality software.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
