About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Write and review detailed test cases, ensuring coverage of functional and integration scenarios.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings to provide status updates and collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers.
- Log defects in the tracking system, perform root‑cause analysis, and verify fixes through regression testing.
- Generate comprehensive test reports and metrics to communicate quality status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional QA teams to refine testing processes and share best practices.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in automation testing within integrated product environments, preferably in the merchant or payments domain.
- Proficient in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG (or similar testing frameworks).
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems is a plus.
