Automation Test Engineer with 4‑5 years of experience designing and executing test frameworks using Selenium, Python/Java, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high‑quality 3D visualization software.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and desktop applications using Selenium and related tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners in Agile sprints to define test criteria and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Perform API testing of REST services, validate responses, and create data‑driven test suites.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and recommend improvements to increase test coverage and reliability.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in test automation, preferably in CAD/BIM or 3D visualization domains.
- Proficiency in Python or Java for scripting automated tests.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and containerization concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version‑control systems.
