About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile conversational interfaces using Selenium, Python, and Java.
- Implement data‑driven and keyword‑based frameworks, integrating TestNG and JUnit for test execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Perform API testing and validation of backend services, ensuring seamless integration with AI models.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable defect reports to engineering.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing for enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and JSON/XML validation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
