About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Python and Selenium for web and desktop applications.
- Integrate automation frameworks with Jenkins to enable continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define test strategies and coverage.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Document automation processes, maintain test artifacts, and mentor junior automation engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation with Python and Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, and experience scripting build pipelines.
- Proficiency in version control (Git), test management, and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
