Software Engineer
Lead technical operations for a Malaysian e‑commerce affiliate platform, managing monitoring, bug triage, Supabase maintenance, n8n automation, and rapid incident response using modern DevOps practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain application uptime and monitor performance across the affiliate platform.
- Triage and resolve bugs via GitHub Issues, ensuring timely fixes.
- Perform Supabase database maintenance: backups, integrity checks, and schema updates.
- Develop, update, and troubleshoot n8n automation workflows and third‑party integrations.
- Implement minor feature enhancements and site changes as requested.
- Apply security patches and notify stakeholders within 24 hours of incidents.
- Communicate with clients through Discord and WhatsApp during business hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Supabase/PostgreSQL database administration.
- Hands‑on GitHub workflow management and issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident response best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
