Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks, driving quality and efficiency across testing, development, and DevOps pipelines using Python, Java, Selenium, Jenkins, Docker, and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with QA, product, and DevOps teams to define test strategies and performance monitoring solutions.
- Implement and maintain automation scripts in Python and Java, leveraging Selenium for UI testing and Jenkins for CI/CD orchestration.
- Containerize automation workloads with Docker and manage version control using Git.
- Mentor junior engineers, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices across the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software automation engineering.
- Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
