About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Python and Selenium for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define test strategies and coverage plans.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality software.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a remote setting.
