Lead automation testing initiatives, designing and executing robust QA strategies using Selenium and Python to ensure product quality and reliability across multiple platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Python to cover functional, regression, and performance scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics for new releases.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and continuous delivery.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve defects efficiently.
- Document test strategies, scripts, and outcomes, providing clear insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing with Selenium and Python.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and defect management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and version control (Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
