About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide testing estimates, and contribute to sprint planning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in automation testing with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes and test‑driven development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API testing, and version control (Git).
- Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross‑functionally.
