About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end automation solutions, combining RPA, Power Platform workflows, and AI‑enabled components to meet business objectives.
- Serve as the technical authority, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with product, development, and platform teams to translate complex requirements into robust automation and quality engineering architectures.
- Drive continuous improvement of automation processes, monitoring performance, and implementing best practices.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams on automation strategy, tooling, and implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and scaling RPA and workflow automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and AI‑enabled automation.
- Deep understanding of automation architecture, governance, and security principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience in quality engineering practices within automation projects is a plus.
